These terms govern your use of the Regenivate website, including booking services, purchasing products, and joining a membership. By using the site, you agree to them.

Website content

Content on this site, including service descriptions, is provided for general informational purposes and isn't individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Services themselves are provided in person, at our Westminster, Colorado location, by our staff.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information when booking or purchasing.

Bookings, cancellations & refunds

• Cancel 24+ hours before your appointment for a full refund.
• Cancel within 24 hours and a $30 cancellation fee is deducted from your refund.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

We may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as soon as possible if that happens.

Memberships

Memberships are recurring subscriptions billed automatically through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your membership anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep membership benefits until then. Member pricing and included sessions are described on the memberships page and may change with notice.

Orders & shipping

Product orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, contact us to arrange a return or exchange.

Pricing

We aim to keep pricing accurate but may correct errors, and prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Regenivate isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
