Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Regenivate collects through this website, how we use it, and who we share it with. It covers the website only, not information you share with us in person at our location.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide, such as name, email, and phone number, when you book a service, create an account, buy a product, or join a membership.
• Booking details, such as which service, date, and time you select.
• Shipping address, for product orders.
• Account credentials, if you create an account.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically logs standard request data (like IP address) as part of running any website.

Payment information is entered directly into Stripe and never touches our servers. We don't ask for or store medical or health history through the website; that's handled separately, in person.

How we use it

To schedule and manage bookings and memberships, fulfill and ship orders, process payments and refunds, send confirmations and receipts, respond to inquiries, and keep the site secure. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run the site, each used solely to provide their service to us: Stripe (payments and membership billing), Supabase (account storage and authentication), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work, such as a login session cookie and a checkout-progress cookie. We don't use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

Data retention

We keep booking, order, and account records for as long as your account is active, and afterward as needed for tax, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Your choices

You can update your account details, or delete your account entirely, from your account settings at any time. If you checked out as a guest and have no account, or you'd like a copy of your information, email tyim@regenivate.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
